This week’s trip is a far jump from good ol’ Jersey as we are heading to Thailand! For quite sometime now, I’ve had a fascination with Thai cuisine and have wanted to travel to their country. The beauty of their country, the flavors in their dishes, the allure of the architecture all combined has put Thailand on my bucket list. Obviously not going there anytime soon thanks to good ole Covid, but for now, we can travel there in our kitchens. Most Thai ingredients are not hard to find and you can find most staples right in your own grocery store. If you’d like to get a taste of what Thailand looks like, I suggest watching Jack Whitehall Travels with My Father on Netflix or Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain. A beautiful country with so much history and some of the most stunning scenic views in the world. I hope you enjoy and are ready for some flavors!
